You may be surprised to find out there is more to Walt Disney World than just the theme parks! There are over 25 on-site Disney hotels, and each one offers activities, such as Movies Under the Stars, s’mores over a fire pit, pool games, crafts… And then there are some not-so-ordinary activities for guests to experience.
One such resort activity is the Sangria University at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort!
Sangria University at Disney’s Coronado Springs
Sangria University takes place at the open air Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago.
During your class you’ll taste four samples of house-made sangria while learning the history behind this beverage. Participants also get a tasty appetizer to nosh on!
The highlight of this experience is you get the opportunity to create your own sangria with your choice of wine and liqueur, and add-ins: fresh fruits, as well as orange, strawberry, and mango juices.
Guests under age 21 can participate, too! They get to sample lemonades and then make their own. And all “graduates” will receive a Sangria University diploma at the end of their class.

Sangria University is currently held on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. Cost is $45 per adult or $25 for participants under age 21 or want the non-alcoholic option.*
