I hope by now you have seen the animated Disney Pixar film Coco.  If you haven’t, you may or may not have been living under a rock!

The movie is amazing and has such a great story line!  As to not offer any more spoilers than the previews showed:  A family has a son named Miguel who gets into a bit of mischief and takes a journey to the Land of the Dead – “a colorful and festive place where ancestors continue to exist.”

When we last explored the Mexico Pavilion at Epcot, we found a great interactive magical mirror that lets you “design” how you will look in the Land of the Dead!

There are 2 kiosks available, right before you enter into the shopping area inside the pavilion on either side.  It only takes about 5 minutes or less to design with options on hair color, eye color, face paintings, and clothing!

The best park about it is that they take several pictures at the end and they are part of your Memory Maker PhotoPass!  Just scan your MagicBand or PhotoPass card, and the images will appear in your MyDisneyExperience account.

While any visitor to Walt Disney World can get a PhotoPass card for free, not everyone has MemoryMaker. If you’re not sure what it is, check out THIS POST to learn more. And talk with your travel agent to be sure it’s added to your vacation package.

Mirror de los Muertos is just another detail that separates Disney from everyone else!  Magical moments all over the place…but you sometimes have to stop and look. 🙂
