The benefits to staying at an all inclusive resort are hard to beat. We completed an agency on site training to Sandals Grande St. Lucia and were able to experience multiple restaurants throughout the properties.
Because Sandals Resorts truly are ALL-INCLUSIVE, if you order an item on the menu that you don’t like, it’s no problem. You are not paying an additional fee to try something else — so order more and again!
However… There was nothing that we wanted to change on our night at Soy.
Soy is a sushi restaurant that is located at all three Sandals Resorts on the island of Saint Lucia. The restaurant is named after traditional ingredient in art of sushi! It is one of the restaurants that does not require a reservation and has resort casual attire as the dress code.
At Sandals Grande St. Lucian: Hours are 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It is closed each week on Thursdays. All seating is air conditioned indoor seating.
At Sandals Halcyon St. Lucia: Hours are 5:45 PM to 8:45 PM. It is closed each week on Sunday. The restaurant will fit 10 people indoors and 30 people outdoors.
At Sandals Regency La Toc: Hours are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and it is all outdoor dining.
When we went to the Grande St. Lucian Soy restaurant for dinner, we arrived right at 6:00 pm. By 6:15 pm, the restaurant was full. We highly recommend getting there when the doors open!
