One of the many exclusive perks available to guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is the option to add a pre-paid dining plan to vacation packages.

Vegetable Lo Mein – Yak & Yeti (Table Service) at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Each guest (age 3 and older) on the vacation package is given dining credits based on the number of nights of their resort stay.  These dining credits are used for Table Service meals, Quick Service meals, and Snack Items (depending on the dining plan chosen).

Since these dining credits are encoded onto a guest’s MagicBand, all they need to do when dining at a Walt Disney World Resort restaurant is have their MagicBand scanned and the appropriate dining credit(s) will be deducted.

And these dining plans aren’t just accepted inside the theme parks — they can be redeemed all over Walt Disney World Resort property, including the resort hotels, water parks, and Disney Springs!
